So I am working with myself continuously and have come up with a picture of myself in my own mind....the cowgirl gone wrong....obviously because I see myself as a cowgirl on a horse, free spirited, close to the earth, hair blowing in the wind, wild as all hell, concurring life and the closest I get to this currently is wearing boots and denim occasionally....
My husband tells me my blog looks like an Indian flea market - so we discussed this in detail and a decision has been made to make a move towards more sophistication and easy on the eye stuff with a lot more interaction and ability for the reader to associate with me (so mush for my strive towards the right to simple language ! - I have got a couple of ideas and you can all look forward to a new decorated site as we will be working on it over the weekend .....mainly because it is free and it can be done! Underlying reason is because I am gunning (on my horse) to earn my right full place on the google top blog spot. So you support and joining me on my journey towards this place will be needed!
So today I am wearing boots and denim - on my way to some business review meetings, one on one's and tough discussion captured on the infamous slide packs, spreadsheets and pre-reads that has to be ticked, but I am still wild as all hell and going to ride this pony until she breaks.....cellphone in hand, earrings dangling in the wind (because my hair looks like something has gone wrong right now - well it is a work in progress just like my blog)!
I love and hate my life all at the same time - and intensely so..swinging from one extreme to the other hour by hour - how can I contain all of this effectively so that I do not appear like some "funny bunny"(which is debatable I am sure)......and the journey continues - good luck on yours if you are struggling with the same shit I am - if you have a better idea of how it can be done please make a comment and let me know!

Well firstly, Indian Flea Markets are associated with a kaleidoscope of vibrant colours, the aroma of rich spices, the healing fragrance of insence and often the laughter of children in the background. It's quite special to see a buddie's personality spill over into a Blog- it makes the whole experience unique and more authentic, basically less commercial. A more left-brained (accountant/engineer) person may have the clean-cut black, white, grey lines, sophisticated and abstract 3Dimages on their Blog.
The Indian Flea Market is so you LK! So don't lose its essence. I say BLOG ON!
But Loving and Hating your life simultaneously is more draining than walking on hot coals and towing a ten tonne rock behind you. I hate it so much and when I love it, all the pain it comes with somehow feels natural/real maybe "right"... whatever the @%&$ "Right" means! Who decides anyway what is "right" for me except me.
It's these unwritten rules society throws on your lap. Adapt or be shunned. What if a Princess chooses an Ogre over a Prince? It's disastrous. You dont find it in Story books and you sure as hell don't teach your kids that its possible...
That's just a random figurative illustration.
Loving life is in those rare moments when we actually get to mount that Black Stallion and ride down the beach with sun warm on our backs... Mostly it's trying to simulate this emotion while beiing in the rat race
For now its back to my 1.9 TDi Stallion on William Nicol...
Here's to the Divine and the Universe in whom I fully trust to propelme to those defining moments in which Love will reign in simplicity as ordinary and overwhelming as the sunrise each morning...

Go F'Angel!
Hi Baby
The only question I've got is will you still be a cowgirl tonight??? Hint, Hint Hint
From your cowboy - Jacques
Louise.....
I still say you should have a profile on FB...
It's a lot more interactive (soos 'n plakboek AND it sends me notification when you make changes, comments etc.)
Not to mention that it took the radio 38 years to reach an audience of 50 million, the TV 13 years, the Internet 4 years, the Ipod 3 years and Facebook....2 years.
The world is busy changing and the mere fact that you're blogging is proof of that!
Look at this for some goose bump effects:
